Salesplace CRM adds IntelliPRINT Analytics for Advanced Reporting & Analysis

MARKHAM, ONTARIO, September 1, 2006 – Interchange Solutions Inc., developers of Salesplace CRM for Lotus Notes and BlackBerry Devices, today announced a partnership with Synaptris to offer IntelliPRINT Analytics, a specialized analytics solution for Lotus Notes, as an integrated add-on for Salesplace. IntelliPRINT Analytics translates a Notes/Domino view into a data analytics framework without any programming support and provides interactive 'drag-and-drop' analytics for business users.

The new IntelliPRINT Analytics add-on module within Salesplace will include the following features:

•  Powerful charting & data analytics capabilities
•  Simultaneous reporting from multiple Salesplace databases as well as across multiple Salesplace views
•  Ability to set access rights to report formats for enhanced data security
•  Functionality to export and email the final charts and reports in various file formats (MS Excel, Adobe PDF and Text     Files)
•  Format manager to store pre-defined report formats for future use
